I use this router in client mode - I use it to bridge two networks together via wireless. The full-featured OpenWRT firmware offers plenty of flexibility for the IT-minded user like me. The provided firmware is well designed and is reliable. I will update this review if that situation ever changes.

The unit is very small, about 2 inches square. I velcro'd it to the wall of my centrally-located data closet (which doubles as a bedroom clothes closet). The built-in antenna has significantly greater reach than the large external antennas of my previous wireless router. It is a 2.4 GHz only device (no 5 GHz), but since the rest of my hardware is operating on 2.4 GHz, this is not a limitation for me.
